Leather Lace-in Boot Zipper Inserts for All Brands, Tieless Shoe Laces

Highly recommend for First Responders (and barefoot shoe enthusiasts). I work 24hr shifts and enjoy being able to wear "barefoot" shoes with the convenience of a zipper instead of lacing. I have Lems waterproof Boulders which are zero drop and wide toe, love them but the laces suck and not convenient for my job. These work great, haven't had any issues with the zippers, used them for 4 months now. I will say, be sure to measure exactly instead of estimating, because the hole spacing does matter lol. They may look a little goofy, but I don't mind.

Saw these on a TikTok and had to get some! They work perfectly, exactly as advertised. I generally don't wear my docs very often because I'm either lazy or in a rush and don't want to deal with tying up my laces. Problem solved with these zippers. I also have a problem where the tongue on one of my boots leans to the side (they've been that way since I got them, I've tried EVERYTHING to try and fix it). I can normally only wear them with tall black socks or there will be a strip of ankle skin on the side of the tongue. This fixes that problem – that strip is now covered! I can now wear ankle socks with my docs. I wear a womens' size 5.5 – I was worried that these might not work for such a small size. Thankfully they still worked great, I just needed to skip a hole near the top. I would say these should work for larger kids sizes as well as smaller womens' sizes. I didn't have to trim my laces at all. If I zip them up all the way to the ankle it's a little tight (I have thick ankles). However, the zipper doesn't seem to slide down if I leave them partially unzipped. The zipper itself is high quality, it's a standard YYK zipper (probably the same brand a lot of your pants and jackets use).

Perfect fit. Nice construction. Very easy to install onto my 7 eye Timberland Pro boots.

These did not look or feel robust. The zipper looked like purse zipper. I know a lot of fellow firefighters who use similar items. These fell short, and are not even suitable for tongue style shoes, like my steel toe Reeboks. Find a better brand, and don't bother if its not a boot that rises well above the ankle.

Hard to install

A terrific product. But here's the thing. I could install these in my sleep because when I was in the Air Force, every B52 crew member I knew of had these. But if you never had them before, it might be difficult for some users. (I forgot how much I loved these when I was in the military....)

I have chronic pain and occasional mobility issues. For years, I have just had slip on shoes, shoes with zippers, anything that was easy to put on and off. My husband recently gifted me custom Converse sneakers, and I was finding it hard to lace them. Enter in this solution. Now the sneakers are completely easy to put on and off, and look unique, too. These leather zip inserts are well made, and a good deal for the price. You can be creative with how you lace them in to any shoe or boot, as well.

Seem to be of decent quality, use them on my motorcycle riding boots, makes them way easier to take on and off.

bought these for my motorcycle shoes, and they work great helping to gear up for a ride so much quicker and easier. in addition, the good quality leather helps in preventing cold winds and water from slipping in the shoes while riding. highly recomended.

Didn't work on my motorcycle boots but good quality so saved for future use.
