It just seems like Olive oil in a spray bottle with added nutrients and a lime flavour. Would not recommend and expensive for what it is!

Spray nozle is the issue as content is awesome
Product itself is good yet the waste due to the awkward spray method is ridiculous hence why it gets 3stars advice use without spray attachment then it's a 5star as less waste

Good form of supplement
I like this spray and much prefer it to tablet supplements. I take calcium tablets each day for bone health, and this D3 supplement helps your body to absorb the calcium more efficiently. This spray is pleasant tasting and easy to use. Very handy product.
