I like the idea of these, but I wish they had some sort of a coating to make them more slippery and easier to swallow. They’re not that big, they’re just too dry. I’ve tried breaking them in half, but then I can feel the sharp edges of the break in my throat. And they’re still stuck. Hydration and electrolytes are important.

With a 12 oz Dasani bottle, they go hand in hand. I take these after my training while on an extended fast. The shelf life can be extended by storing in a cool and dry place; hence the refrigerator door.
