great item, arrived fast

Ok I have had these for a few years, but finally got sick of them.. sometimes they are super sensitive and go off for seemingly no reason, other times when there is smoke nothing happens. However the most annoying feature is battery life, it seems when the batteries on one start to go, it sets its alarm off, that sets them all off, then you are running round the house looking for either a fire, or one unit with low batteries. And became they have all gone off for 10 minutes, now they all need new batteries again. Replaced all the batteries about 3 months ago, with Duracell pro batteries, but now I need to it again...

Set up as per instructions, working fine. Great support from the seller. But when one has gone off in the real world, it has not set the whole system alerting, whcih is the point of the product. If you need a linked system, this possible is not the one for you.

I wanted to install 4 of these in a property but ended up throwing them in the bin. The setup procedure is a complete nightmare for which you need to wear ear defenders (they are certainly loud, especially during setup with 4 of them in front of you all going off at the same time). If you change a battery in a detector it seems to lose forget it's connection to the others and you have to go right back round the setup process; which would be a nightmare if you had them fitted in place on ceilings. All in all overly complex to setup, and I'd have no faith that they will remain synchronised if somebody replaces a battery.

Le problème avec ce genre d'appareil c'est en général les fausses alertes, du coup on débranche tout au bout de quelques mois. Ceux là n'ont jamais eut ce problème depuis 6 mois que je les utilise (je peux même vapoter à une 3m de chacun d'entre eux si je ne leur balance pas la fumée dessus ils ne sonnent pas (c'est plus de la vapeur d'eau que de la réelle fumée). J'ai un appartement avec une grande mezzanine au dessus, il me fallait des connectés. MAIS comme ils sont connectés ils sonneront tous en même temps, et là si c'est une fausse alerte vous allez vous faire détester par toute la famille. Une petite astuce consiste à désouder le fils noir du buzzer sur les appareils sur lesquels vous nevoulez pas qu'ils sonnent (j'ai fait ça pour la chambre des petits). Mais il détecteront quand même et transmettront le signal à tous ceux ou le fils noir n'a pas était débranché. Du coup j'ai 1 seul détecteurs par étage qui émettra un signal (ET C'EST BIEN SUFFISANT PARCE QUE CA FAIT UN DE CES BRUIT CES TRUCS!!)

Habe die Rauchmelder sofort nach Lieferung in Betrieb genommen. Batterien waren zwar in den Meldern eingebaut, müssen aber herausgenommen und die Folie entfern werden. Nachdem alle 6 Melder vorbereitet waren einschliesslich eingelegter Batterien, habe ich die Melder genau nach Gebrauchsanweisung (alle zusammen in einem Abstand von ca. 70 cm auf einem Tisch liegend) in Betrieb genommen. Zuerst getestet dann die Melder über die Funkverbinung untereinander verknüpft. Hat problemlos funktioniert. Nach der Verteilung im Haus (2 im Obergeschoß, 3 im Erdgeschoß, 1 in Reserve) wurde ein Melder mit einer ausgeblasenen Kerze (Kerzenrauch) aktiviert. Die Ansprechschwelle war hervorragend, alle Melder bekamen Signal und legten mit einem lauten Alarmton los. Über die zeitliche Haltbarkeit der Batterien kann ich natürlich noch nichts sagen. Würde die Melder wieder kaufen.

ist jedoch etwas schwer und "schluckt" die Batterien leer. Benötigt drei x AA und eine 9 Volt Block Batterie. Fängt bereits schon bei eine drittel Batterieverbrauch (nach wenigen Monaten) an zu piesen. Aufgrund des Gewichts viel ein Gerät von der Decke und ist nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Lassen sich sehr einfach miteinander vernetzen und reagieren sehr gut auf Rauch (mehrfach beim Kochen getestet)!

Schon nach einer Woche fielen einige der Rauchmelder von der Decke weil die Klebestreifen nicht gehalten haben. Die Batterien waren zu einem Großteil leer und mussten nach kurzer ersetzt werden.
