Try it, you might like it!
I tried Vegemite after watching a video from Australia. I like trying new things from different countries. It is awesome! A piece of toast with a smear of Vegemite and butter. Iโll be ordering more. It has a salty hearty flavor, it only takes a small bit. I think the reason some people donโt like it is because they use too much initially.

New packaging, nice improvement
I've never seen a squeeze bottle for Vegemite before, but it's definitely an improvement since it can be kinda sticky when in a jar, making a mess with a hard to open jar. This way, just give it a bit of a squeeze and you're in business. As for the flavor, it's Vegemite, an acquired taste, quite salty, a bit bitter, but I think it adds a nice oomph for beef flavored dishes.

Gen X here. I've been wondering what a Vegemite sandwich is since the 80's. You know why
Buying bread from a man in Brussels He was six-foot-four and full of muscle I said, "Do you speak-a my language?" He just smiled and gave me a Vegemite sandwich And he said "I come from a land down under Where beer does flow and men chunder Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder? You better run, you better take cover, yeah"

Great taste but not for everyone.
I actually think this tastes great, but itโs definitely not for everyone. If you didnโt grow up in Australia or arenโt used to the flavor, it might take some getting used to. The squeeze bottle is very convenient and makes it easy to use without the mess of a jar. Itโs also nice knowing itโs rich in B vitamins. Overall, I enjoy it and would recommend it if youโre familiar with the taste or willing to try something different, but just be aware that it has a very unique flavor that may not appeal to everyone.

Squeeze bottle for the win
If you use this as an ingredient as much or more than you use this as a spread, then the squeezy version is a no brainer. No knife or spoon to wash just squeeze it in. I primarily use this to add umami to stocks and stews and this works wonderfully for that purpose.

Welp... we tried vegemite... Ya, nah...
Tried a little bit on buttered toast as it's a very strong taste and it's not that good. Don't know how long this stuff keeps so it'll likely be binned with most of the stuff left. Noticeable residual taste of the plastic package. Buy only if your keen on the stuff already or have Aussie relatives coming over. Or if you have the patience to acquire the taste.

Crossed eat a "Vegemite Sandwich" off my bucket list!
"He just smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich." - Men at Work This song lyric has had me wondering since 1981: What is a vegemite sandwich, how does it relate to Australia, and what exactly does it taste like? Well now I know, and Its not half bad. (God bless the inmates of the British penal colony, they are some creative folks.) Imagine the flavor of a licking a beef bullion cube: super salty, yet savory. Not disagreeable, but not something that you should be eating by itself. Now imagine this substance has the thick fluidity of honey. This is vegemite. A vegemite sandwich is essentially buttered toast with a smear of vegemite (that's what Google told me anyway). If you are new to vegemite, only try a very small amount and spread it thin. You can over-vegemite very easily, so use with caution. If you do it right, you get the richness of the butter combined with the savory salty vegemite and the intensity of this combo is lowered by cutting it with the mostly flavorless toast. It was pretty good. Then I took it a step further by adding a drizzle of vegemite atop a buttered bagel that had a thick coating of cream cheese. The combination was amazing. If you want to try vegemite (and you should) this is absolutely the way to eat it.

Too expensive
After living in Australia for over a decade, I love Vegemite, but these are just too expensive to import. There's not enough in the tube.

A GREAT WAY OF MEASURING THAT VEGEMITE ONTO MY TOAST
A bit more expensive in the squeezy bottle form, but less wasteful - and messy - in the long run. I much prefer the less salty taste of Vegemite to the stuff from that other brand as well. Eamonn

Convenience without loss of taste
This is absolutely perfect and so convenient. Plus very affordable in comparison to supermarkets. Same great taste, just in squeezy form!

Perfect as Gifts
Bought as gifts for overseas family ~ easy to pack vs glass jars. They loved the squeezy bottle! I thought it was more liquidy and lighter colour than usual.

Cute but tiny bottle ๐ check the mls!
Love Squeezy but learn from my dumb Amazon mistakes and check the size before you purchase - this is a tiny bottle ๐๐ good for travelling and camping. Will last my family less than a week I reckon!!!
