Q: how does one use this? I cook with a lot of cumin powder. Thank you.

I don't think this is for cooking purpose. It has to be used raw like olive oil in the salad. You can consume 1 or 1/2 table spoon in the morning with empty stomach. This is like a medicine in Unani, ayurvedia and Siddha. Predominantly used in the middle east and Indian subcontinent. Regarding cooking please ask the experts.
