After looking into every postpartum wrap, I couldn't see much difference between this and the well-loved 'belly bandit'. This wrap is comfy and fit my pre-pregnancy size 6-8 tummy well a few days after giving birth (I was breastfeeding so my womb contracted rather quickly, but if you want to use one straight after delivery I'd recommend getting the size up as well). It offers good back support too. I'm really pleased I didn't fork-out a small fortune on a more expensive wrap as, to be honest, I haven't needed to use this much. You really can't know how your body will react after birth, and wrapping may not be necessary. A word of caution if you do decide to wrap: go easy and don't wrap too tightly. I was sick after wearing this one night, it may be coincidence, but I think wrapping too tightly may have contributed.

I must say, this is not what I was looking for - I was hoping to find something more subtle than this, and even having ordered XS, it's still difficult to hide it under clothing. HOWEVER, having said that - somebody very close to me has had a horrific spinal injury within the last year, and I have ended up giving it to her to support her back muscles while in the wheelchair and it has been a godsend! She absolutely loves it as it's soft and it does not cause sores on her abdominal area which is very common occurrence where dead tissue is present.I would definitely recommend this to people with back problems, recovering from injuries and postpartum women.If you're looking for a waist trainer, you might need to look at something made from thinner and flexible fabric

Is great. I can only wear it for an hour or two. Great under outfits for events but not for everyday use. Praise God I lost my weight really quickly so didn't actually need it. I'm a size 10 quite a squeeze so check sizing Xx

I needed this after I had emergency c section. My abs were still separated and that hurt a lot. Once I had this on for a couple of days I felt a great relief as my abs slowly went back into position. After a week I was back to normal. It made such a difference to my wellbeing I would definitely recommend. I do have the occasional back pain also from precious problems and I use it to help support my back occasionally.

It holds everything in..but you don't lose weight and when you take it off...It all hangs out....

Bought this to train my waist make it smaller but hasn't really done anything but is great as a back support if u suffer bad back.

I'm size 14 and it is FAR too small. I can't possibly wet it. It's good quality though so if I was bigger it would be good.

Love it!! Way better than an expensive one l bought previously. As this lets my skin breath. 7 weeks postpartum with diastisis recti this has really helped in my recovery as l work on repairing those muscles. Nearly there! Fab product thoroughly recommend it!
