Could barely move my arm. Getting dressed without help was next to impossible. I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder in August, physical therapy was not possible. Had manipulation under anesthesia and it still didn't help with the constant pain (although the never block lasted for a few wonderful pain free hours!)Well, the doc won't do a daily nerve block, and muscle relaxers help but also make me sleepy. Cold packs help but couldn't figure out a way to keep it on my shoulder... Then I found this on Amazon!The support is just enough to provide fantastic pain relief. The pocket to hold an ice pack is just right. Even without the ice pack, I can work without meds when I wear this brace.This is easily adjustable, with Velcro straps.
