Will this fit my Model 65?

No idea about Model 65. The diameter of the collar is 85 mm and you just need to push the collar down into the throat of the aerator. No need to dis-assemble the aerator. Therefore as long as the internal diamater of your aerator is about 85mm you should be able to fit the new collar.

What is the product dimensions ? cm size does not match 3.25 inches

My answer should be 84 mm that’s the same as the us version 3.25 inches, the version in sink Erator are selling for replacements are only 82mm they are a little too small,
