I bought this chair due to its size. I do not like feeling closed in while sitting in a chair for log periods of time, 6+ hours at a time. Build quality is excellent! Arm rests are not padded, but the plastic is a soft touch material which does not irritate my elbows and are adjustable up/down and can be moved diagonally. You can recline in it and take a nap if you really wanted to.Chair is a bit bigger than I had anticipated, as I am 5ft 9in and when the chair is all the way up my feet dangle and do not touch the floor. So, if you are not a very large/tall person, I would recommend the next size chair down from this one.I have neck problems, so the included neck pillow was not comfortable for me to use. I removed it and bought a doughnut shaped pillow I am using in conjunction with the chair's lumbar pillow.Also, I went with this chair as it is not made with bonded leather. Every bonded leather chair, no matter how expensive it was, has never lasted me more than a few years, until all the fabric peeled off and the chair's cushioning gave out.I have read the negative reviews on this product, and maybe they just got defective units? I can only speak for myself though, as I have not had any issues with this chair.

VERY dissatisfied as the frame has broken after only 2 weeks of use and I am having great difficulty getting it replaced despite a 2-year guarantee on the frame!,

This chair feels great! It’s a firm chair, not soft but the material is not hard. It’s a padded type of plastic. So is the seat so it’s as soft as fake leather but tougher as well. I bought mine from a streamer friend who has a cat and a girlfriend that also used this chair. After good use I obtained it, cleaned it, and now use it daily with no problems. The chair is huge and I’m really small. So I lowered it and it feels great. My legs reach the ground but I can sink into the chair if I choose. I love how roomy it feels. Might be too much room if others like more close fitting chairs. The wheels are super quiet. You don’t hear them!

The chair became defective after only 6 months. They informed me that the chair portion of the this model was in back order due to being popular so it would be a couple of months. I knowing it being during the pandemic was trying to be understanding and patient as I knew small companies had been hit. I should not have been with this company. After months of waiting and emailing them for updates this company ghosted and and no longer answers my emails. Even my wife emailed them and asked for help and they answered until she mentioned my case and then they ghosted her too. DO NOT ORDER FROM EWIN THEY DO NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR WARRENTY AND THEIR PRODUCTS WILL BREAK!!!!

It has been a pretty good chair, but it should be for nearly $500. My base has broken now. I've asked to purchase a replacement base and two days later I still haven't had one sent to me. They claim to have invoiced me via PayPal, but that hasn't happened. The rest of the chair seems fine, but I can't be without an office chair for over a week. BTW I'm 6'5" 330, so nowhere near the stated weight limit of the chair.
