Assembly was straightforward and took a little over 30 minutes. The instructions recommend using the included screwdriver instead of a drill, but I used a drill and it sped things up. The shelf feels solid once assembled and has a clean, nice-looking finish. The directions are clear, and extra hardware is included, which is always appreciated. My only downside is that some of the screws are visible, and there’s no option to conceal them. That said, adding baskets makes them much less noticeable. Since this unit is inside a closet, it isn’t a big concern for us. I found baskets that fit perfectly, and the shelf works well for organizing toys and kids’ books. It holds items securely without sagging and feels fairly priced for the quality and functionality.

I've gotten a lot of these ikea-like shelving units, and this is among my favorites. Be sure to know the size of the cubes and the overall size to make sure it fits what you want. For me this did. I just liked how easy it was to put together, and how sturdy it is. There was plenty of hardware (including lots of extras), plus both a hex wrench and a tiny screwdriver. The wall anchor is a strap instead of a bracket, too. The instructions were a bit on the small size, but it was pretty standard. The pieces even had letter stickers on them for identification (but it wasn't hard). Because the inner shelves interlocked together, there was less attaching to do. They had even drilled holes for the full backing and they all lined up great. Note that the two small ends aren't the same and if you position it sideways you'll definitely be able to see the metal circles that hold onto the screws. But, once stuff is on the shelves, it's not a big deal. I'm really happy with this so far. This was more expensive than others of this style, but the interlocking shelves intrigued me and I decided with the reviews that I was willing to spend more to get something that was better. I think that was the right choice.

Looks good and seems sturdier than regular shelves of the same width, where the middle shelves ten to bow when heavy books are placed on them. It was easy to assemble, but make sure to follow the instructions exactly, as it easy to get some parts upside down. An electric screwdriver can be helpful, as there are a lot of screws.

I didn't even lock it to the wall & it's sturdy! Was easy to put together, didn't need no help!& fit so snug in my room. Visually it's beautiful, but I'm a simple man, black + stickers = beauty. (

This storage shelf is very easy to put together and is good quality. Be aware that the backing has a lot of screws, but I guess that's a good thing. The shelf is heavy and very stable. It can be used as a tall shelf or wide. It came with screw covers, but they are a little big and the screws are black and not really that visible and least not with the black shelf. The size is perfect for me. It comes without the cube storage boxes. I bought them separately on Amazon. I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

We were looking for a sturdy 9-cube bookcase and this one is perfect for our needs. The instructions were clear but it would be helpful if the images were larger so it’s easier to see which pieces have the small holes for the screws in the back.

We have a new baby so I bought this to go in his room to use as a dresser temporarily while his clothes are small. It worked perfectly for what we needed to work for putting it together. Wasn't that bad it's very stable. It came with all the hardware that I needed to put it together and I love the fact that it was a nine cube instead of a normal six to a four cube.

Great shelves bought 2 for my studio put them together by myself and they are great. Very strong and solid cabinets!

Value for money

This is the 3rd shelving unit I have purchased from this manufacturer (two 6 cubes and one 9 cube). Delivery was on time in each case. The unit is packed extremely well. The unit is easy to assemble (about 75 minutes). All the holes line up perfectly. Everything you need to assemble the unit is included (allen key, screw driver, even some gloves to protect your hands). They even include extra pieces. The quality is excellent. The backer board is made of wood, not cardboard, giving more stability to the unit. The units look sharp, and the price is fair.

Great product, heavy, sturdy, just as advertised. Assembly instructions was missing, that made it hard to put it together, and the inside partition required additional reinforcements, but otherwise great

These work their sturdy (as you can see we have a 15 gallon fish tank being setup on the left one and that's alot of weight). Yes it's all fake wood but everything is and it's affordable for the price. Compared to our last two different bookshelves the backing on this style is much nicer and sturdier. We bought the bins separately and use them, really nice touch worth the extra couple bucks. It doesn't seem to scratch as easy as the Walmart stuff we bought.

Excellent product. Worth every penny. Very good quality at this lower price. Extremely satisfied. Assembly is very easy, you can do it yourself. Material is very sturdy. Dimensions are exactly as mentioned.
