Now is it doing my body any good? I have no idea! I have been using it every day since January and I have a doctor's checkup in July, so I'm hoping that I have a good checkup. I have a friend who recommended this to me and he says that it is life changing, but I don't know if it's doing anything or that it is a placebo effect.
