I take this product with apple cider vinegar mixed w/water on an empty stomach in the AM. I find it very effective for gut health and my overall immune system build. expensive but worth it.

I’m always looking for clean products for my family and myself to use. This product has very good ingredients in it. It’s easy to use and it comes with a a scoop for easing measuring. The only downside to this was the taste. I didn’t find it to be great. I take most of my powdered products in water, but this had a very off taste so mixed with a little bit of pineapple juice or fruit juice it was absolutely delicious.
