At last!
This is a great book and the first text provided for the AS student studying Environmental Management. It's pricey but I'd say it's worth it - and of course it comes with an online version accessible for 2 years. First the good points. The case studies are clear and well-researched, relevant and up-to-date. If students took the IGCSE they will already be familiar with the Australian cane toads etc. but the first chapter is 'revision' for anyone who launches straight into AS. I would advise students to take the IGCSE first. There are a few typos in the text, however the diagrams showing data collection techniques are excellent and clearly explained. There are worked examples of the Lincoln Index and Simpson's Index of biodiversity. My only real criticism: I have struggled to explain to my students why it has only appeared now, long after the start of the school year. One student obtained his copy four days before his resits!

Great supplemental text
This is a useful book to help support an AICE student, review concepts outside of the classroom.

Wrong description- deceived!
I thought I bought an actual paperback book as per description! I only received a back cover- 1 page! No book received. I am returning this paper.
