This is the best product for constipation, since it is powder works faster

I bought this for digestion.I was constipated. 1part Cascara, 2 parts Licorice Root, 3 parts Buckthorn. All powder easy to mix. I try to drink 3 cups of this a day and watch my diet, no gluten, no processed sugars, no dairy. This is work, but worth it!

It is not Cascara Sagrada at all. Same genus of the plant but different species. It is Rhamnus Davurica but should be Rhamnus Purshiana plant. It does not taste bitter as it should as it does not contain imodine which is the active ingredient in authentic sascara sagrada.

I've been using the NOW brand of Cascara with good results for quite awhile and wanted to try this one to save some money, but it doesn't seem to work very well if at all for me.

Excellent Product

It is very mild but great tasting product. It is not purshiana so it is not as bitter. Nice side effect - my nasal congestion disappeared, i do not need to rely on nasacort anymore. Later I found an article in which this bark was studied for immunity improvement,(Rhamnus davurica leaf extract inhibits Fyn activation by antigen in mast cells for anti-allergic activity) nice, I only knew it as liver colon tonic. Rhamnus davurica was also a part of complex remedy that has anti-inflammatory as well as immunomodulating purposes in chronic inflammations against infections and to increase the general resistance of the body. Omg this stuff is really work I'm drink last night and today in the morning lm xplot in the toyler very recommend but the think l don't like is feel not comfortable my stomach is fell some cramps and full but after I'm xplot I'm feell very light,and lm mixers with other pinaple power l have bc the flavor is very bad especial if u drink white water omg is very bad,I think is better with hit water like tea.

I bought this to use while doing a liver flush. And although I love that it's powder form, don't have to worry about unwanted ingredients from capsules. It just did not perform well. It didn't perform at all. I'm used to going right away after taking cascara capsule, I didn't go at all after taking this.
