**Q: Is this a white cream ointment or a gel like substance?**
A: Neither, it is an oil based ointment, perhaps that is what you mean by gel like but a gel is a water based formula as is a cream.  This will stay on the area where you put it and will not be quickly absorbed by a bandage or clothing as will a water based formula.  The term ointment is generally used for oil based formulations, they look and feel more like Vaseline than cream.

**Q: Why is it not specified when something like this is coming from china? i think i have the right to know when i’m wasting my money.**
A: Amazon isnt the same anymore. Prime no longer includes 2 day shipping either. Be sure to check the estimated date of arrival before clicking buy. If its 30-60days..assume its China. Becareful..if you make a mistake..once shipped it cannot be cancelled.

**Q: Is this a white cream (like lotion) or a goooey substance??**
A: No, this product is not like lotion. It is a traditional ointment that (applied correctly) is absorbed quickly. Also rubs in. No noticable odor.

**Q: Expiration date?**
A: The package I just got on Jan 19, 2019 expires in July 2019, I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed. I'd have to have a family of 20 to go through two tubes of this stuff in the 6 months before it expires. Tubes I buy from the local grocery or drug store typically don't expire for more than a year. For this reason, I would not recommend this product and I'm considering returning.
