This pillow was a great buy. It’s the right size and a good price. I did remove about half of the stuffing for a more comfortable sleep.Removing the stuffing made it more pliable and gave it a softer feel .

Pros: 1) Relatively comfortable 2) Works perfect with my new piercing Cons: 1) very unreasonable expectation to remove the filling in order to wash. Maybe if I could find a toddler with tiny hands. Smh!! 2) honestly it should be sold two for one considering the price point (unable to wash) I would probably buy more than once if that were the case. Certainly. searching for another pillow to purchase because mine is gross after 2 weeks and I refuse to pay another 20 bucks for the reasons stated above... some might say just add a pillowcase. The entire purpose is to allow the piercing to breathe while you sleep. Impossible if you add a pillowcase because it will cover the hole.

Definitely helped since the helix piercing. I can sleep on my left side now.

This is my favourite pillow, however I did have to modify it to clean it properly. As the stuffing is loose inside I knew it wouldn’t keep the fluffiness if put in the wash, so I took the stuffing out and put it into a leg of a cut up nylon stocking, tied the ends and then put it back into the case. Works great!
