I had a soft what I thought was shiatsu in a full-size body pad that was difficult to pull out every time I just needed my upper back area. The cord was long enough to be plugged in and easily reached my recliner with extra cord. The entire thing is weighted, but I did not have difficulty keeping it in position on my back leaning against the chair. I can see this would be helpful if you were using it laying down on your back or on your stomach or wherever it seems that it’ll stay put well. It heated up very quickly at a very comfortable temperature. There are two main vibrating elements that you can use vertically or horizontally depending on your need which I love because I have a small back and it works perfectly for me. The sound of the vibration is barely noticeable while it’s on and I’m leaning against it. One side is a very soft plush fabric, and the other side is just soft. Again, I just received this and on my second round now and I absolutely love this, and I recommend it as it has given me great pain relief, conveniently.
