Hydro Flask Mug Agave 12 Oz

Keeps hot drinks hot very well. The rubber/silicone coating is awesome, and means it doesn't "clang" when placed on hard surfaces. Love love love the color options, I got it in the agave (sage green) and it looks even better in person. Super easy to clean, and the size is just right for home/office use. Will say, do be careful as the metal rim can dent easily. Wouldn't recommend for travel but would be great for camping outside of home/office use.

I've been using this cup daily since the day I bought it. And if something happened to it, I would immediately buy the same one again. Not that it's going to break, quality is excellent, and it seems that it's going to last forever. I don't like to rush my coffee: a cup lasts me an hour, and this one keeps it hot. The overall feel is excellent. The handle means it won't work with a cupholder, but I have a similar one without a handle if I need to take my coffee on the road.

My last one of these Hydroflask mugs lasted me about 5 years. Just recently, the handle started to separate from the rubberized plastic body. Aside from this, the mug kept my morning coffees warm. That mug was used multiple times during the early days of the shelter-in-place from the pandemic. I remember making single-source coffee every day. Later on, I experimented with moka pots, making espressos. I had the Cafe Illy espressos that I used to make Americanos. I would make 2 or 3 cups of this every day. This was during the time when we were stuck at home, with our activities highly restricted by law. I remember, too, getting into a series called Counterpart. I enjoyed the heck out of this show while sipping my moka-made coffee from my insulated cup. This thing kept my drinks warm. From time to time, I would brew tea, too. All in all, I got a ton of use out of that Hydroflask. I would scrub the coffee and tea stains off with some baking soda as a mild abrasive. The scouring pad side of my Scotbrite sponges was often too abrasive and would scratch the stainless metal insides of the Hydroflask. To keep from adding unwanted tastes to your drinks, which are caused by the stains, I would recommend regular cleaning to with some baking soda. When that handle started to break, it was an easy decision to purchase another Hydroflask. I'm using this one multiple times a day, too. Like the other Hydroflask, I would have my first cup of coffee in the mornings, then many cups of green tea after that, often reusing the same leaves to minimize my caffeine intake. It's just to flavor the water. In the evenings, I would have a Sleepytime or other flavored Celestial Seasonings tea. This means this Hydroflask is getting a ton of use, too. All in all, I recommend this mug to help keep your hot drinks hot. If you wish, you can use it to keep your cold drinks cold, too.

I love this brand! I use to be a Yeti girl, no longer am I. Keeps my tea and coffee hot while being stylish. Comes in cool colors too. Shipping was quick and priced just right.

Nice mug if the lid didn't suck it dribbles all over me when I'm taking a drink.. I"ve had it a little over a month

Just the right size and not heavy. The lid works well, easy to open and clean. I needed to get an insulated mug for my new Nepresso Vertuo + machine. I find the coffee does not stay hot with that machine. The customer service agent told me to expect the temperature to drop once the coffee hits the cup. Needed a mug that was not too tall, so that it would fit under the drip chamber and this mug fits. Best of all it keeps my coffee hot!

The mug is really good at keeping my tea warm, especially during my commute. That being said, I bought it mainly to use as a travel mug since it 1) has a top and 2) is insulated. I should have looked at the dimensions more closely because it doesn’t fit in my car’s cup holder, which is in the main reason I bought. It sloshed quite a bit of tea onto its self and my cup holder while driving. Too late to return it now so I think I’ll just use it around the house or when I can hold onto it while going on. Otherwise, it’s not a bad mug.

Sturdy, keeps hot beverages hot for a long time, same for cold beverages, and because of the wide base, it's more stable than beverage containers that are narrow.
