The foamies were a tight fit to my Sennheiser wireless lav mic, but they were strong enough to hold together as I stretched them on. That makes them better than most. They also work as well as the originals. I have not tried the furry ones yet. They would be a distraction in the church pulpit, but I feel that I got them for free (due to the low cost) and I may want to try them when we need mics outside.

These Ruittos furry lavalier mic wind muffs (aka “dead cats”) are hilariously named but seriously effective. I bought a second pack because my first set wandered off—probably stolen by jealous podcasters. They fit my lapel mics snugly, cut wind noise like a ninja, and make even outdoor interviews sound studio-clean. Plus, nothing beats pulling one out in public and saying, “Hold on, let me grab my dead cat.” Durable, fluffy, and weirdly adorable—these little guys are a must-have for any audio geek.

I use these to knock down the wind noise while using a microphone in my motorcycle helmet and they work pretty well but they sometimes fall off and get lost which is why I gave the product a 4 star instead of 5 star review.

Fits over the mics that I have lost the foam too. Works well. Cat tail keeps the wind off as well.

PERFECT to adjust sound quality on your microphones. SUPER easy to use as you just slide it over the microphone end of the device you are using. They look cool and fit great. I recommend for anyone who films and uses microphones, for as many that come in the package its great value for the money!!!

Does not fit over microphone well, elastic is non existent. Once you force it on, it won't stay on very well, and it will not even block any wind noise. Questionably sourced materials, on top of that poor customer service from Bestshoot. In short: Low quality products, poor customer service, stopped responding to messages. Avoid!

I bought this product for a device it may not be primarily intended for; however, science still happens. I took a risk with dimensional fitment and I got lucky. When I walk my dog, I sometimes call someone. Two birds one stone. Sometimes it's windy. Wind blocks everything I say, which is not fun for the party on the other end; which is, in turn, not fun for me either. Since I deployed this device on my headset, the party on the other end of the phone call has been very happy; which makes me happy. They told me it sounds like I am in a sound proof studio. This product has solved all of my wind related problems. It may solve your wind related problems too. Buy it.
