True Classic Mens Novelty Polo Shirts

I purchased this True Classic polo shirt for my husband, and he really likes it. He prefers a more relaxed fit, so I sized up one size, and it was the perfect choice. It gives him a comfortable, easygoing fit while still looking polished and put together. The fabric is soft, lightweight, and breathable, making it a great option for warm days, golf, and casual weekends. The shirt has a nice quality feel, and the material helps it maintain its shape and appearance after washing. It can easily be dressed up or worn casually with shorts or jeans. My husband appreciates that it doesn’t feel restrictive and allows him to move comfortably throughout the day. Overall, this is a great-quality polo that combines comfort, style, and a flattering fit. If you prefer a little extra room like my husband does, I recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. We would definitely purchase additional colors.

I believe the price of the shirt is on par with similar brands at stores that I personally shop at such as, American eagle and Hollister just to name a few. The fit is great and there isn't an overabundance of material flowing off my back or under arms like one would find with other brands that offer the box cut style of too short and too wide. The material is also very soft and nice on the skin. I have a few complaints, tho, that is reflected in the stars given. The first one is I noticed right out of the packaging loose strings all over the shirt from the under arms, hemline, collar, ends of sleeve and sound the buttons. Too me this is sloppy and nothing made by any company should be produced this way. Seems like the quality management was thrown out of the widow. I snipped off everything I could see. The next is while the material is pleasant to the touch, it collects lint and hair like nobody's business even if washed inside out or not. It's really annoying. The last thing is I can somewhat see through the shirt where the tag is. Send odd to be able to, but I don't think there's anywhere else like that. Overall decent polo for someone like me who is on the skinny side and likes their shirts to be tailored fit or close to it.

Edit: Immediately after posting my review, True Classic reached out to me. They originally said they’d give me a full refund. I told them Amazon had done that already and I’m not the type of person to “double dip”. They instead offered to send me another shirt, at their expense. They asked for my size preference and color, as well as address. Within a week, I’m the proud owner of a perfect shirt! This is AMAZING customer service, and for that alone, I will be ordering more from them. Companies don’t do this anymore so, this was very refreshing. I would still order a size up, and if you have a longer torso like me, GET A TALL SIZE. Thank you guys! Original Post: I ordered an XL but it fit like a Large. After washing, it would have been like a Medium. To be fair, I have a long torso. I think if I were able to get an XL Tall, it would have been fine. I even went a size up from their sizing calculator on their website. They suggested a Large. Other than that, the shirt seemed to be of good quality. I wish it would have fit.

My husband liked the size medium button tees from the same company so he thought he'd like their polo style shirts as well. The button up collar sits high on his neck, both buttons need to be undone so as not to appear as if he's choked by the collars. The appeal of this company is that the cut is more flattering for men (a tapered body style) and the sleeves are slightly shorter and more fitted, to give a less sloppy eeffect. The polo has longer sleeves than the tees negating this effect. Somehow in every photo of a model wearing the polo shirt AND on my husband (who does not have a large "cut" or "buff" chest) the button holes hay strange and are always wrinkled instead of flat. It's a pet peeve for me to look at. It won't smooth away either. All in all, we are ok with the tees, but won't venture out to other styles again. The prices are too high once delivery and taxes are factored in. They don't seem to shrink, fabric is thin, cool, comfortable and soft. Not for cold weather though.

I'm really disappointed. I have had these shirts for years. The quality of this round is very different. Flimsy. Shrink. Fall apart and change structure after just 2 washes. Very disappointed.

I’m 5’7” 180. Lift weights but have a little beer gut. I went with a large classic fit and it fits perfectly. Snug around the arms with a little bit of room in the gut area. I bought four similar makes of this type of shirt from four different companies and this one was the best fit (finally). I returned the other three shirts and reordered different colors of this shirt. Good fit, not cheap material.

Great fit - consistent sizing across styles

Polos are a good fit however not long life at alol…after about 7-10 washes they all stretch and totally lose all shape and look pretty cheap rendering unwearable. I bought about 7 and all did exactly same thing.

I liked the polo shirt. I mean the only one that arrived. It clearly advertised as a 3 pack. So my question is, where are the other 2. I need a refund or the advertised 3pack

Really bad cheap quality, don’t believe the marketing.
