The recipes are succulent yet easy to make; but the storytelling is what captures your heart in this book. Valeria includes commentary of how and why she personally selected each and every recipe that she has included in her book. She writes endearingly, with warmth and earnest. A wonderful addition to any kitchen!!!

J'ais adoré superbe livre

Easy recipes, with flavorful and tasty result!

I saw this on an Instagram post from Stanley Tucci, he was cooking one of the dishes within so I pops on here and I buy it. It has some amazing recipes to follow, the ingredients can be purchased easily enough in the UK though I doubt that some are of the same quality, but the end result is still very tasty. It's a great book, well photographed and easy to follow instructions, if you have any interest in Italian cooking at all, it's well worth the money.

Ho trovato il libro molto bello, e ve lo dice una veneta. L'edizione è molto curata e le ricette sono quelle della tradizione riscritte con un tocco di dovuta modernizzazione. Un libro da leggere, utilizzare e mostrare!
