Great product. As long as you don’t have dot and dab these turn the chore of fixing something into a quick and easy experience.

I’m new to diy so let’s say I messed up a hollow plasterboard wall putting a small shelf up, I created a rather big hole that no wall plug would fix , I got these having not used any others before and they solved my problem, I only needed standard screws as they needed to fit through the brackets so the size of the screw fixing was fine for this job , I filled the hole first and re measured the holes , as I had a large hole it was easy to just push the grips into the cavity , I can see what people say about the turning of the wings , I couldn’t tell if they had opened , so I pulled it out and checked again to make sure , the plastic hole to turn is a bit flimsy it does only need a gentle turn however. The grip went in lovely and the tension of the wings was immediately enough to stay in place and the plastic around it covered the hole Not sure what to use if the hole is any bigger The shelf is solid now I then used one for another diy disaster in a hollow wall , a bigger hole , it gripped enough for the screw but the plastic bit wobbled a bit Due to hitting a Batton on the other side I couldn’t use one of these so I put a wall plug in I can see these are great for smaller jobs

I,ve used various fixings to fix things to plasterboard over the years, - some more successful than others, some fixings not successful at all, with the correct 15mm drill these Gripits fitted perfectly and are the best i,ve used, not putting much weight on them, - hanging pictures, but they are doing the job well and are very easy to use. Great in a home DIY situation.

Really impressed by these little fixings. I had a problem with some traditional metal spiral type plasterboarding fixings when fitting a towel radiator to our bathroom wall. One of the fixings chewed up the plasterboard and was just spinning in the wall so I was looking for something to replace it and provide a stronger fixing when I found these GripIt fixings. The only slightly fiddly aspect is getting hold of a 15mm hole cutting bit (but I found one on Amazon for a few pounds). These fixings are really clever and provide such a solid fixing that I decided to replace all four of the mounting points for my towel radiator with GripIt fixings (apparently a single fixing can hold 70kg and I am inclined to believe that!). The only thing that might not make them ideal for some jobs is that l, once they are installed they do have a small lip that runs around the edge of them and stands slightly proud of the plasterboard surface. We simply painted over these with the same colour we were painting the bathroom wall and they are basically invisible

The blue ones held my 70" TV perfectly but the yellow ones lack the same quality. Three snapped just mounting some clothes hooks. I won’t buy the yellow ones again.

These are flipping amazing!!!!!! After months of my blinds dropping out the chuffing plaster with standard rawplugs and pigtails these have gripped straight away and feel absolutely solid!!!! Thank the lord above problem finally solved! Thank you so much 🥳

Gripit are my go to wall fixings whenever i need to hang something heavy on my newbuild plaster walls. Coming from a house with solid brick walls to a house with thin plaster, I had a lot of anxiety mounting very heavy mirrors and such but with Gripit I have peace of mind. More expensive than other options but when considering the price of what you're hanging/fixing, and for the quality they provide, I think it's definitely worth the cost.

We used these to secure some coat hooks to our wall and they are fantastic. We’ve had heavy winter jackets on the hooks and everything is holding strong. Very impressed!

These are sturdier than they look. I have an 8.5 pound guitar hanging from a two-pronged wall hanger held in place by two of these after some fairly large traditional drywall anchors pulled out under the weight.

These would have to be the best wall plugs ever. Easy to use, fail safe if installed correctly, don’t spin in the wall like some other can do. Hold more weight than advertised. Will NEVER buy any other style again.

Cheville très performante acceptant des charges élevées. Très facile à poser à la condition d'avoir une scie cloche ou une mèche du bon diamètre (13mm). Une fois le trou réalisé, on insère la cheville et on la fixe par un simple quart de tour qui écarte les pattes de fixation qui s'ouvrent en éventail au-dessus du placo. Il ne reste plus alors qu'à fixer l'objet grâce à la vis fournie ou en utilisant une autre vis du même diamètre (4mm) si nécessaire.
