A: No there aren't any included

**Q: Can this be used on a bed?**
A: Yes, it can be used on the bed but it's very hard and uncomfortable my back was sore after using it!

**Q: When will blue be back in stock?**
A: Should be next week

**Q: Will I be able to place this in a way that will work on a shorter trunk?  Also trying to target lower lumbar and sacral spine.**
A: For stretching the back:
Place the pillow on a hard surface, preferably a carpet
Then lie on the pillow and feel your back stretch
It shouldn't be painful - if you feel pain, move the pillow to
a position that will be comfortable for you on one side, but
you will feel a stretch on your back on the other.
In order to reduce back pain, lying on the pillow twice a
day for about 5 minutes is recommended.
