I'm glad I found this. It's the 1st multi magnesium product that I've tried (and I've tried at least 15) that does the trick. No more muscle cramps, reduced heartburn and improved sleep. Remember to pair with potassium to increase absorbson.

After just a couple of weeks of taking this supplement I am sleeping much better and not waking up in night sweats! Peri-menopause really is terrible! The serving size is three capsules but I did see that you can overdose on magnesium, so I am taking two. I showed my doctor and she is fine with me taking this supplement. She did remark and liked how it is a 5X complex. As long is it seemingly keeps working for me I will keep taking this supplement!
