A little expensive for such old movies but got both in the package.

I purchased this to give as a gift to a friend of mine. I love this movie as it took place in my Brooklyn neighborhood. The movies arrive in time and I am pleased

If you don't feel like dancing after watching this movie, check your pulse to see if you're alive. His moves can't be imitated. I wonder if he can still move like that today?? From the 70's Disco Era to the 80's Dance Era.....classic songs, classic time. Love, Love, Love him in these films.

Saturday Night Fever is a disco classic with a great soundtrack. Staying Alive is the sequel that is in the post disco era. It has a pretty soundtrack too.

It came in a bubble envelope, so I was expecting a cracked case and actually expected there be no art lining the dvd cover, but there was. Maybe secure the vd in wrap BEFORE it goes in bubble wrap, because I got lucky this time, and most cd's and dvd's..new or used...have arrived with cracks But all in all, great purchase!

I was in my early 20's when these movies came out. Yes, they are oldies, BUT goodies and brings back many great memories of my young adult years. The quality of the disk is great and the seller shipped quickly.

Saturday Night Fever is the classic disco movie that everyone was talking about when it hit the UK cinemas in 1978. It is an enjoyable coming of age drama with a great sound track from the wonderfully talented Bee Gees. It is particularly special to me as it defines my teenage years and captures the mood of the late 70s when disco music ruled!Staying Alive was doing the rounds in 1983. Here Travolta moves from disco to broadway. From what I remember the critics were a lot kinder to it back then than they are nowadays. Maybe it hasn't quite stood the test of time. It is nevertheless a watchable movie to me with lots of energetic dance moves even though both story and soundtrack are less memorable.This is a neat little set that's handy for those who want to own both films, me included.

Very dated but great to watch

Arrived on time played fine

Watching these films again took me back to the days when to see a film again you had to go back to 'the pictures ! I did ...several times all those moons ago...but it was fantastic to watch them at home and remember how crackers everyone was on John Travolta and how all the blokes would try to show off dancing like him at the discos in town ! :) happy days :)
