The bag "composts" very well, by which we mean that if you put moist food scraps in the bag, you don't want to wait too long to transport it out to your compost bin. The more moisture in the food scraps, the more you need to plan ahead.My only concern is that I wish they made one that was a bit smaller, because we have a small family and don't need the bag to be quite so large.
