Good value and quality
Used for cutting .060 steel tubing, cut as well as name brands at half the price.

Fairly Good buy for me
So far this set cuts well and doesn't chip out badly like some cut off wheels do. This set wares fairly well, is flat and the hubs are of consistent size.

Better than harbor freight
Great wheels, they don't chip after a couple cuts

Thin, wear out fast, but you get a lot of them for a great price.
These are very inexpensive, high quality, but thin so you will go through disc pretty fast. They cut well, just keep a stack of them close by.

Excellent
a little fray edge but still holds together, cutting is pretty good cut thru four quarter inch steel chain links without any problem, feel safe working with these without fear of them flying apart, great value and satisfied with this purchase

Fast Cutting and Long-Lasting Discs
I purchased this pack of PRETEC 4-1/2" cutting discs and honestly, they exceeded my expectations. I've used them to cut metal and stainless steel, and the performance has been very good. They are thin discs, which allows for fast and precise cuts without putting too much strain on the angle grinder. They don't wear out quickly and maintain good stability while cutting. The pack includes many discs, so they last a long time and are great for continuous work, whether for home use or more frequent jobs.

They haven’t flown apart yet! Cutting only (no grinding!)
*Picture is what happened when I used them to lightly grind the burred edge off my one cut*. I did a quick test and spun them up to 11,000 rpm (rated at 12,200). I have a variable speed grinder and usually don’t run it full out for cutting. But as a quick test I did and they didn’t fly apart! They seem to cut fairly well, however I deburred one of my cuts gently and the blade started flying apart pretty quickly (see picture - strings stayed attached to them - and didn’t blow apart, just you can feel bits coming off the blades and the wheel starts wearing faster). I’m just guessing here, but it’s as if they don’t have as much resin or something as some of the name brand ones. However it could also be that it’s because they seem thinner than the name brand ones (same colour scheme- made by the same maker as the grinder - as I know there are a lot of name brands and some are far better than others - but that’s what I’m comparing it to.) If I just did straight cutting like they are made for, and I didn’t use them for any gentle grinding then I’d say they last close to as long as the name brand ones. Overall, they are a fraction of the cost of the ones I usually use, and for the most part they work well, so there is some value there, but I’m not sure I’d suggest them in a production/work environment - and always remember to wear your safety equipment when using any grinding disks!

Thin
I got these for my husband. They are very thin. You do get 27 in the package, so a great deal for the price. The package arrived opened, but all pieces seem to be there. My husband has still to use them, so I can't attest yet to how well they will cut or hold up. I do know they are quite thin, so time will tell how fast he goes through the package. I will update when he uses these.
