PATPET Dog Shock Collar with APP Control Training Collar for Large Dogs

Pay per customer service was spot on. They refunded our full purchase price as compensation for the failed device. They accepted my suggestions and seem to care much about their customers and their pets. I have modified the results of this review to 5 stars.So it works well when it works. The raised orange button on the collar can be easily pushed turning it off by another collar, or the dogs chin, or the dogs breast bone. We are on 50 acres and I have a Plott hound and they can run about 20mph. Trying to run after the dog through trees and brush because the collar turned off SUCKS!!! Why did you put a raised button so easily pressed on the collar? Needless to say I wish this had a button lock on it, right now it has turned off all 3x we have used it. I do not trust it.

Absolutely love this dog shock collar , it works great for our dog, and he has been learning quick on the things he shouldn't be doing since we received this collar. The battery life is amazing , go weeks without charging it!

So I’m big on reading reviews before I buy and I hope this helps product work great from start and it still works well too a point it has a rechargeable battery and it charges but won’t stay charged for long a follow all instructions it has given to me to a tee I’m good about doing theses things at first I thought it was me because I don’t keep it on my dog at all times only when I’m try to train him or when he is being stubborn to my commands so after I charge it, I wasn’t sure if I was turning it off or leaving it on, so I’ve been very careful about that after I give it a full charge when taking it off the charger to make sure that the collar is turned off and no matter what if the collar is left on or the collars turned off, even though I haven’t used the collar after a full charge of about 4-8 hours when I go to try to turn it on, it’s completely completely dead so then I have to charge it for another few hours and then I’m able to use it for about two hours before it’s dead again the remote stay charged beautifully. I barely have to charge it but the color itself won’t sustain a full charge I hope this helps the next customer who buys it. I will be reaching out to the company and updating this if they get back to me.

it works farther than a half mile got around November 30th, 2023 now almost February 2024 still haven't charged my only drawbacks are the button on the collar my dog can turn it off so then I have to go back and turn it back on but if you flip it so the collar button is aimed towards the base of the skull instead of the base of the neck it won't turn off and the app will not let me use the remote feature on my phone

This collar worked great for a while, then alright, and then it started randomly turned off with a beep, upsetting my dog. So, 5 months into ownership and with little help from Amazon, I reached out via email to the company and they SENT ME A NEW COLLAR IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Brand new. No cost.This model had apparently wound up needing refining and they were upfront and willing to make right. Cannot say enough- so impressed and grateful I trusted this investment in my dogs training to this company.

The Bluetooth to phone app never worked.. And the collar shuts off on its own… not reliable

Have had the collars several months now. First off the app doesn’t work. Both of the collars keep shutting off randomly. Sometimes 1 hr; sometimes 10 minutes. Seems to hold charge ok and all and all very nice looking product.Support was very responsive on a refund. Say they are trying to figure out the issue with collars shutting off. I personally think they would remove the product from market till they fix the issue. After reading reviews the issue is not with all of them. If I new the issue was corrected I would probably buy it again due to price point tech support of company.

Had this for about a month now and I can tell you the noise and vibration work great have not had to use the shock yet. My K-9 understands very quickly and responds very quickly as well. The battery last quite a while as well I have used it a whole week and not had to charge it. It is taken off at night but used during the day.
