I use Hellenia products on a regular basis and they always meet my expectations. So far I haven't had any problems either with the order or with the products. The price is also acceptable.

This product contains copper (1 mg per tablet). It's not clear from the main product description that it contains copper. If I had known, I would definitely not have bought it because numerous studies have shown that copper can speed up cognitive decline and possibly contribute towards dementia and Alzheimer's. I took just one of these tablets before reading the contents on the packet. On reading the detailed product description above, I now see that there is a mention of copper. This should be in the main description. I'm going to throw the rest of this product away. I wasted my money on this product.

I don't know what to say but before I started taking these I had lots of blemishes on my face. (I still do) but they are very faint and loads of friends are asking how am I getting rid of them......but this has been the only new thing I have changed in my diet so I am going to say these antioxidants helped my skin.

BEWARE SOYA NOW IN THIS PRODUCT.Nearly got caught out with a new packet. It is also not declared on the product listing.This needs to be rectified. The seller is at fault as is the manufacturer who should also make it clear the recipe has changed.This would have made me really ill if I had taken it.Considering contacting trading standards over this.

Easy to swallow and doesn't have any bigger taste.
