Very Disappointed with Quality and Service
I purchased the Crompton Champ Plus 1 motor pump on November 4th, 2025, and within just one month it completely stopped working. When the service technician checked it, he said the motor coil inside was burned and that this issue is not covered under warranty. This is very disappointing because the product description clearly mentions water resistance, but the service person said the pump cannot handle even basic water exposure. Then why sell it as a water-resistant motor? The technician also commented that “online products are not good,” which raises serious concerns about the product quality and after-sales support. Overall, very unhappy with the product and service. I expected much better from Crompton. Not recommended.

Some people say why not purchased product like this from local market ... Even though I order online . Somewhat Easier... First received pump was jam and it replaced in 3days then 2nd pump very Nice .. Working ok upto date proper ...1year...

Motor acha hai lekin paking our transport sahi nahi hai cover tuta hua mila hai

Works really well
Used it for approx 2 years now , and it still working fine, and it survived voltage fluctuations really well, can work on inverter aswell.
