I've used several different types of Oral-B heads such as the cross-action and precision clean, I bought these heads because they are supposed to be good for receeding gumlines because of finer bristles and pattern. Simply put, the sensitive clean brush heads clean fantastically, the best I've used! My teeth feel smooth like after a hygienists clean, and my gums are feeling firmer are far less sensitive already. Like someone else commented, I expected firmer bristles to clean better but using these, I've found the opposite to be true

For those with sensitive gums that bleed on the slightest of pressure, these heads help. They are not too hard on the gums. Work well for me and gums can handle it.
