Overheat protection and good temperature tolerance
I really like the shelly interface. I use these with Home Assistant with the Shelly integration. In the past, I flashed these all with Tasmota but these days the Shelly software and integration have come leaps and bounds. Putting these in junction boxes or outlets allow you to have some smart functionality in use with devices that are more temperature tolerant than the standard smart outlets.I have maybe a half dozen of these shelly ones and will probably get more

Gutes aber nicht ganz billiges Zubehör
Der Einbau in normalen Dosen ist nicht ganz einfach, es ist recht eng; erst recht, wenn in der Dose noch Kabel durchgeschleift werden.Die Funktionalität ist aber top.Leider gibt es nur eine eigene (Shelly) App; man kann die Schalter nicht in die SmartLife App integrieren. Sonst aber bin ich voll zufrieden, programmieren, schalten, alles ist möglich und funktioniert zuverlässig

Tricky to set up but works nice
I use one to enable/disable a thermostat for a garage heater. The other to open a garage door and sense when the door is open. Nice app to control and more flexibility that I'll ever use.
