I use this for angel food cakes

I love this large (11 oz) bottle of Almond Extract! I make Almond Paste and use about three tablespoons of it per batch. Then I make a batch of coconut almond macaroons and use another three tablespoons. Even with that it takes several rounds to use up a bottle! The cost is so much lower per ounce when you buy it in this larger size. I recommend it to you. Oh, yes, the almond flavor is quite wonderful!

Real almond. Not artificial. The flavor adds so much to my baked goods. Everyone just ooh and says over everything I make with this in it. I am an almond junkie and I won't use anything else!
