Great Protection
This is amazing! I love it, gives a very good protection. I do snowboarding but still I fall a lot! And this gives me great protection cushioning that makes me want to fall down again! I think everyone who’s beginner/ intermediate in ski/ snowboard/ ice skating should definitely buy this. I got small size and fits me perfectly.

Great Hip Protection for Ice Skating & Roller Blading
I’ve been using the Cienfy 3D Hip Protection EVA Butt Protector for both ice skating and summer roller blading, and it’s been a huge confidence booster. The padding is lightweight but absorbs impact really well, especially during falls while practicing new skills. It fits under loose track pants or athletic shorts without feeling bulky, and it stays put even during longer sessions. On the ice, it’s helped me get back up quickly after harder falls. On pavement, it’s saved my hips more than once while roller blading. The 3D padding design covers exactly the right areas, and the EVA material feels durable but flexible enough to move with me. It’s one of those pieces of gear you don’t realize you need until you try it. If you’re learning new tricks, skating outdoors, or just want extra protection and confidence, this has been a great addition to my gear.

Good for the price
These were fine for my first trip to the mountaim snowboarding. I was comfy, and it provided protection , they were also reasonably priced. If youre advanced and attempting mad stuff, possibly they would be less appropriate but I cannot speak for that.

Look good but require pants one size bigger
TLDR; I bought the short to use them under my skiing pants for the freestyle skiing. For this application they require pants one size bigger. The shorts fit according to the size chart and feel well. The impact pads are thick and provide good protection - I tried to land on my butt and to hit walls with my tights. No pain at all. Unfortunately, because the shorts have so thick impact pads they barely fit under my regular pants. I would need the pants one size bigger for these shorts, which I'm not ready to buy at the moment.

great fit
Perfect for the price. The fit is great and the shape contours to the body nicely — not too tight and not too loose. It provides good protection for the hips and tailbone while still being breathable and comfortable to wear. Great value for money!
