This thing is AMAZING! So easy to connect and use and the battery does not drain easily. Like how you can use it as a charger in a pinch and also the lights are a greater feature. The display shows you how much energy is left so you never have to guess. It's small and light enough to be a must have to keep in the glove box or trunk.

First jump start pack wouldn't charge - USB-C connector didn't seem to click into the port like it should. Amazon made it right and replaced it quickly. Second jump pack charges as expected - USB-C connector clicks solidly into the port and takes a charge as it should. Unit functions as expected. Beyond the one's USB-C port, quality seems great. Instructions included are clear-enough. Light, while not focused like a flashlight, is very bright and will serve its purpose. Good product!

This thing is a lifesaver. I Have a 2003 Ram 1500 4.7 v8 and at 1AM last night my alternator totally quit, a few miles from home, everyone asleep. I hooked up the Jumpstart waited for the green lights to be solid. As soon as I connected it I could instantly see the power. Truck turned right over...but I could only get a few 100 ft and it would die again. I did this 2 more times then had a crazy idea. Since the connection is tight, I hooked it up again and just lowered the hood. I DROVE the last couple miles home powered by this tiny lifesaver. It was down to 1% when I got in the drive but the fact that it was even possible makes it worth its weight in gold to me. What a great product

This jump starter has saved my butt more times than I can count. I spend a lot of time outdoors where there’s no cell service, so when your battery dies, AAA isn’t coming. This thing is incredibly easy to use, starts my vehicle every time, holds a charge for a surprisingly long time, and is small enough to fit in the center console. The built-in flashlight is a great bonus, and I love that it can also charge my electronics on it.

As a woman in her late 50s, I've never jumped a car in my entire life, but, I did it with this! We have a 2014 Jeep that wouldn't start. Having never jumped a vehicle, I was very nervous. I read the directions several times, watched a couple videos then said, welp, let's give it a try! The hardest part was figuring out how to pop the hood 😅 After we got the hood open, we (my kids and myself) put the parts where the directions told us, crossed our fingers, and within 5 minutes of starting, the Jeep was running! We were so proud of ourselves! This is a tiny bit of independence knowing that I can do this solo. I bought two more so we can have one for each vehicle. Excellent tool for everyone that wants the assurance that they can jump their car with confidence and ease.
