Item description sounds like new device: Free Lifetime Update, Activate Free 30-day subscription...BUT fine print on 30-day card says: Must be activated by December 31, 2022!! This AL329 ordered/received July 2024!I just returned AL319 which was SUPPOSED to be 'updated' -- the directions indicated I could register and update, but was told by Autel support that that model could NOT be updated!Other than that, the AL329 device seems to work well after one test.

Does not work as advertised.
I got this item back in 2023. I got it to help me see a vehicles VIN number. That’s all I wanted it for and figured it was worth the price. Every. Single. Time. I have used this. It has never given me the VIN data I need. It always says “this function is not supported”.The only reason and main reason I brought this, was because it said it gave you VIN data. It doesn’t even do that. I finally decided to leave a bad review after it gave me the same issue again recently. This thing is as just as good as junk. Don’t bother wasting your time and or money.
