Q: Where do I purchase a new tray? I don’t see any in your online amazon store or even on your website?

I purchased mine thru Amazon but it took a bit of looking. Finally found under the "customers who purchased this also bought". Also might request "petkit 2 tray".

Q: Where can i get a replacement pump? i want a new pump asap!

I doubt you find a replacement pump for it. The cheapest solution is a new fountain, sadly. I read other reviews of the item and learned that the electronics are subject to frequent failures and that the fountain just stops working. Mine still works but I can't get the blue light on as it always switches to red, regardless of water levels. Personally, I will try a different fountain when this one breaks. My cats love but the fountain, it looks great and makes a very nice sound of gurgling water, but the filters are way too expensive and the life expectancy of the pump/electronics is too short.
