Nielsen-Massey Pure Orange Extract for Baking, Cooking and Drinks, 18 Ounce Bottle

I use this to flavor baked goods and it performs very well. I enjoy it most as a flavor for hot water. Mix this orange extract, and Neilson-Massey rosewater with a small amount of organic human grade citric acid, and, if you like, a little sweetener (stevia, honey, sugar, etc.) and you have a fragrent lovey hot or cold drink. I like that there is no chemical taste and it is enchanting to smell and taste.

Very concentrated, flavorful and wonderfully scented.

A much higher quality than the extract I've used for years. I've made my son's favorite cake 5 times in the past 3 weeks, for various occasions, to rave reviews.....chocolate-orange pound cake [chocolate batter (with vanilla extract), with orange-flavored batter marbled through it.] It's a keeper.

I have tried a number of different orange extracts in making cocktails. The aroma and taste of Nielsen-Massey (when diluted in drinks) is fresh and provides great orange flavor. This has become my standard.

In a cocktail shaker, ice, dash of egg whites (from carton is fine), 1.5 oz Bourbon, 2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1.5 tsp stevia and top with water. Shake.

If you are a baker and serious about your craft, then the Nielsen-Massey Pure extracts of any flavor are the way to heightening the results of your best and most favorite recipes

Be ware!! I purchased this Nielsen-Massey 18 oz Pure Orange Extract, which they claim on the bottle it contains 531ml, I weighed it, it has 486 ml, 45ml less. You would think that a reputable company like Nielsen-Massey known for good quality would be on the level. I believe in paying for quality, but I don’t like to be cheated.
