Very pleased that I did
Bought this product after reading that hops helps with sleep problems. As I didn't want to faff about with boiling dried hops etc, I chose the tincture. Very pleased that I did, it actually works! And the added bonus is that it is organic. Have reordered, and will continue to do so 😊

Healthy and safe
This item arrived in time and was well packaged. The taste is quite acceptable to the palate. It has healthy properties and hence I included it into my healthy regime.
