Worked great!
I purchased these for ice to cool vegetables after blanching. Weird, I know.. Little ice cubes don't last long when blanching vegetables, and I'm constantly replacing with cold water and more ice during the process, which slows me down. These ice bricks took forever to melt, kept the water cold, and helped me process my garden vegetables fast. I started making ice bricks with these molds about 5 days before, and just stacked the ice bricks in the freezer; way better than buying bags of ice. I had plenty of left over ice bricks after my veggie blanching extravaganza!

Good molds
Big and durable. I wouldn’t stack any of them on top of each other but they are pretty heavy when full so that makes sense. Huge blocks I use them to keep my water reservoir cold. Takes a few days to freeze fully. The silicone seems good quality and lids are nice

Nice size and quality
I'm making a drink cooler out of this using some flexible tubing. I cant wait to see if this works. this is a nice large size.

A Little Smaller than Advertised
Pro: ** Nice Thick Silicone Mold with excellent side and end wall support. ** Nice cover that help the water sloshing out when moving to freeze. ** If filled half-way and freeze, and then completely fill and freeze the blocks come out close to square. Con ** The ice block a little smaller then stated in description ** The Ice Blocks I made only weight 4lbs not the 5lbs stated.

Durable & Easy to use
Very well made and durable. I have used this to fill several ice blocks and even with the ice "bulging" during the freezing process, no damage to the containers. Lids fit securely enough to water from spilling when carrying from sink to freezer. Getting ice out is very easy if you rinse briefly with some water. My only recommendation would be to add a visual "FILL LINE" as a reference when filling with water since filling to the brim can result in spills or lid popping off during freezing. I originally got these to mass-freeze ice blocks for a cold plunge tub, so the size of the ice blocks has been great.

They work well
These do exactly what they’re supposed to do, not much more to say beyond that. They’re thick and designed well enough to hold their shape when filled without spilling. And when the blocks are frozen, they release from the molds easily. If you want to make your own ice blocks, these will definitely do the trick and should last for along time.

Great size and saves us money
My family goes through a lot of ice due to packing coolers for all day sporting events every weekend. These large ice blocks have been great and have paid for themselves at least 10 times over. I ordered two without the lids first and then ordered two more with lids. Both are good but I strongly recommend getting the lids as well. Easier to stack in the freezer.

This is the perfect size to toss into the yeti when we’re on the boat. I freeze ahead of time multiple blocks and depending on which cooler we bring out, I toss in 1-5. They stay frozen and last a long time. Next I plan to use the large block like a souper cube and freeze a large batch of soup before food saver-ing as well.

El producto es muy bueno. Solo es practicar para que obtengas un hielo cristalino pero eso es mas bien del proceso y no tiene que ver nada con este producto. El articulo lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This is great - saves from having to buy ice blocks AND more importantly the homemade blocks last longer than bought ones. I have long suspected that commercial operators somehow pump air into their ice while it is freezing which makes it lighter and quicker to melt. The blocks from this mold are smaller than commercial ones but last longer, in the same cooler. The design is great, it has reinforcing so I can fill it and it holds its shape while I carry downstairs to the freezer (ie, doesn't collapse and get water all over the floor). Recommended

Great size for making ice for the cooler this ice should last quite awhile on a camping trip. Not awkward to fill or place in freezer.
