LAMY Z 50 Nib Set - Steel

Easy to fit and writes beautifully.

Good replacement for my F nib I had before and was quite scratchy. This one is much smoother.

I bought myself a new Lamy Safari, and within a week I managed to misjudge a distance, and rammed the nib into a hard wooden surface. I replaced the destroyed nib with the one off my old Lamy, the one I had replaced, but it scratched and caught, so I bought this. Happy, fluent, fast, writing is restored! I sit in panels and can take reams of notes, and using this keeps them legible, and allows me to keep a decent set of notes. Getting the "rammed on" nib off was a real challenge - but it had been jammed into soemthing very hard. Getting this one on was a doddle.

It says (Z 50)nib set, and I meant it would be in multiple nibs say 2 or 3. To my surprise it was just one. Please rectify the wording which says set. Rest nib is good and delivery was no issue.

bought this to replace a wobbly nib. wondered if it would wobble also but fitted snugly and secured as soon as fitted. as the headline says - wrote as smoothly more than any other fountain pen I recall instantly after fitting (not that I've used many or many variations), but feels very nice to write with my glossy black safari at the mo. Purchased price was £8.58 I think incl tax.

My 8 year old Lamy Studio was increasingly unreliable with blockages and generally poor ink flow. Rather than spending ages fiddling with the existing nib I ordered a new one up. A quick 5 minute job and the old nib had been swapped out an the new unit fitted. The result has been a new lease of life for my old workhorse, highly recommended, my only regret is that I waited months to get round to doing this!

This was clearly not a new nib, as it had dried ink on it, and was obviously dull/tarnished compared to my other Lamy nibs. I am a fan of reuse/recycling, so decided to hold on to it. However, it just doesn't write as smoothly as my other medium Lamy pen/nib. I'd bought this to replace a fine nib, but I'll go back to the fine one now, and put this in the bin...

easy swap. and made my pen so much better and smoother. i changed from fine to medium and just works nicer for me now

La plume est facile à changer et l'écriture est très fluide. Rien à redire !

Tempo di consegna rapido, prodotto ufficiale, scorrevole e facile da montare. Avevo il dubbio di dover buttare la penna, invece appena montato non ho più avuto alcun problema. Secondo me vale il costo.

Kupiłem by wymienić wadliwą stalówkę w piórze Lamy. Ta jest bardzo dobrej jakości i pisze gładko, bez przerw, lekko sunąc po papierze.

Ottimo per chi ama le penne Lamy.
