No. Similar wire glues say on the package that they should not be used to repair rear window defoggers.

would it work to solder tabs on lithium ion batteries

It depends. This works well for very thin wires if the connection will not be under any tension. I used it to re-wire the switch in a small, clip-on, light and it works fine. It's just conductive filings in liquid glue. Make sure you mix it well. I applied it with a toothpick. It will probably not work for large wires or if the connection is under any tension. Also, you will have to find a way to hold things together while the glue dries.

My kindle charger end isn't connecting to the kindle fire, would this hold the end in place and make contact and charge?

This won't work for this. I have repaired several Kindle charging ports and you will need to purchase a new connector and solder it in place on the circuit board of the Kindle. The replacement ports are cheap and you can purchase them on here or the other 'Bay. Not for the faint of heart and you will need to have some kind of magnified glasses, at least I did. Pressure on the charging port forces the soldered connections to fail on the Kindle and pull away from the circuit card.

Will this work on a satellite antenna connection that keeps coming lose?

It's not epoxy or super gluey. If the parts never move, fine, otherwise the glued connection easily breaks. :))
