I set up 3 of these one month ago and so far am very happy with them! My morning alarm goes off at 4:50AM, and my cats were bothering me for food by 4AM each morning. I set these up for 3 feedings per day of the smallest amount, with one feeding at 4AM. After a few days to adjust, they’ve stopped bothering me in the morning! I can even sleep in on my days off now. It’s been such a relief! It’s also been nice to know they are getting fed on a regular schedule, with or without me there. So far I’ve had no issues with any of the devices. Like some others have said, the measurements aren’t exactly as it says, but 3 times a day on the lowest setting is close enough to the daily feeding requirements for my boys. The buttons aren’t easily unlock-able for a cat, although I have a seen one video of a cat figuring it out. Time will tell if my one problem solver cat will figure it out.

Product was great for about 3 months. Having issues with the wifi connect and support. Received email from petlibro support about app issues last night. Stated there are some issues but should have them corrected soon. Having issues with connecting to wifi. Tried to reconnect multiple times and not working. I really liked the feeder up to this point. If I get another feeder, it won't be from Petlibro.

This PETLIBRO feeder has seriously made my life so much easier. I can schedule meals right from my phone, and it’s super reliable—no more worrying if I’m running late or out of the house. My cat caught on really quickly and now runs over every time she hears it dispense food 😂 The setup was easy, the app works well, and it holds a good amount of food so I don’t have to refill it constantly. I also love the sleek design—it actually looks nice in my kitchen, not bulky or cheap. If you’ve got a picky cat or a busy schedule (or both), this feeder is totally worth it!

Review after two weeks: The feeder itself is good, but my cat wasn't finishing his meals after switching to it. After finally taking the time to actually measure, I found that the dispensed amount was actually much closer to 1/8th cup per serving than 1/12th. I imagine this will change based on the size of the kibble being used, but the fact that servings can be 50% larger than expected is really important to note. Given the lack of issues with feeders that don't use desiccant pouches, I imagine the ones here are just an upsell to a subscription model on a product that doesn't actually need one--but they aren't that expensive either, so buyer's discretion on that. -------------------------------------- Updated review after 6 months: In addition to the above, the feeder suffers from a trio of interrelated issues that drive me up the wall. #1: Rarely, if ever, does all of the food make its way from the hopper to the feeder, typically a few pieces end up resting at the bottom of the hopper/canister and never make their way to the dispensing mechanism. #2: The low food warning only activates if there is NO food left in the hopper/canister. Combined with #1, this means that the low food warning simply does not activate. #3: There is not (or was not at the time I last tried to make this work) a setting to receive low food notifications without also receiving the "please buy our upsell desiccant packages that we recommend buying more frequently than you probably need to" notifications. So even if low food warnings were working, they still wouldn't work through the app without me subjecting myself to a constant sales pitch. I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 3 because I now consider this to be "a product that does its main job", not "a competitively valuable product". It won't screw you over, harm your pet, or anything like that, but you can probably still find something better.

Then I started getting device offline notices. It would lose its connection to the app and WiFi off and on even though the connection light on the feeder was solid like it’s supposed to be. If it was offline during one of my cats feeding times it would not feed. After a couple weeks of this it went offline for good and I can not reset it. The connection light stays lit up solid and will not blink allowing me to reconnect. I tried unbinding the device from the app to reset everything but now I can’t get a blinking connection light to reconnect. So it’s not even connected on my app anymore. It’s useless now. I have to press the button on the feeder to dispense food. Edit. I fixed it and changed my stats from 2 to 5. If this happens to you I will report what I did. I unplugged it and took the batteries out. Rebooted my phone. Deleted or unsynched my feeder from the app. Then restarted the connection process. You might not need to delete your feeder from the app because if you do that you have to reschedule everything. I think it didn’t work before when unplugging because it went to backup power. Make sure you take the batteries out and wait a few minutes. Also restart your phone since that only takes minutes

Perfect ! I am buying my girlfriend two sets as she has five felines. I could have had bought the one that use the WiFi but I opted for simplicity you don’t go wrong. The water container is one gallon it could last for a few day ( I fill it up half way every two days or three to give then fresh water. I have two kitty four months each). Also the dried food dispenser is really good quality and it works great as well as the water dispenser. It saves me time in the morning as I don’t have to change the water or fill up the dry food. The design is very nice. The thickness also is very good quality, the value for the money is great as you getting both the water and dried food gravity dispenser. Uh one great feature, the bowl has removable Stanley Steel trays. YOU DONT GO WRONG WITH THIS PRODUCT !

We recently went on vacation and while we had a pet sitter feed our cat breakfast and dinner, he normally also gets an 11pm “snack” so we got this to take care of that feeding. It was very easy to set up and the app is pretty basic. Just a word of advice, the app will try to sell you a premium subscription with different amenities but it’s not needed. We set it up the week before vacation so we could ensure it was working right and the portion size was correct. It performed flawlessly and even after coming back home we’ve continued using it because it’s so convenient.

Justo hoy me llegó y la vrd si es muy bonito y aunque tardado es facil de programar, pero hay una cosa que no te dicen... Anuncian que tiene mucha tecnología que puede incluso monitorear la salud de tu gato pero olvidan aclarar que eso es pagando una suscripción que es casi el doble de cara que el propio comedero así que si te llamo la atención por todas las funciones que dice tener este comedero no es para ti, si en cambio si lo quieres para no preocuparte por qué tienes que salir y no podrás alimentarlo está perfecto o lo tedioso que es pesar la comida para evitar que suba de peso ahí si es una buena opción 😊👌
