Perhaps not as effective as the 20mg version.
I don’t feel that there as effective as the 20 mg. However this is my first night taking 60, it is 4 AM and I have yet to fall asleep. I also don’t feel that they are as tasty as the 20 mg.

The gummies work, but you’ll pay a price. Be careful of cavities when taking Any melatonin in gummy form, even the sugar free, unless you brush your teeth every time you chew one. I started taking melatonin gummies about 10 months ago, and last week my dentist found 4 cavities. I hadn’t had a cavity in at least 40 years, (I’m 78 years old). My dentist asked if I was using melatonin gummies for sleep. She said many of her patients have had the same experience, Cavities. I have switched to melatonin in pill form.
