which flavor is best?

has anyone tried the tropic thunder or smash apple?

i've tried...

1) blue raspberry- definitely my favorite! has the sweetness upfront and a nice raspberry tart aftertaste. i usually gravitate to blue sports drinks to begin with.

2) mango madness / watermelon- both good and exactly what they should taste like, mango and watermelon.

3) lemon lime- bought it for the lady and she loved it... not my flavor profile but it was well made.

4) strawberry kiwi- i felt this one was the hardest to adapt too. had too much of that bcaa powder taste. i purchased just because it was the cheapest one. you get what you pay for with these things.

if you've never had any of these products i will advise they will all taste a little sweeter than you may be use to. I despise overly sweeten liquids unless we are talking about natural fruit juices (and even then i am cautious). I only put water, coffee, beer, wine, whiskey, and more water in my body... with that said I was able to adapt to the sweetness of these drinks (strawberry kiwi not so much).

I recommend them, they have improved the quality of my workouts. I do mostly functional weight training (kettlebell, heavy club, sandbags) and some HIIT with dbs and bbs. For cardio i play some fairly intense beach volleyball 2v2... These products have helped my performance especially in the brutal sun at the beach.

Also, I do recommend taking this product twice a day as they suggest. At first I did not, thinking that was a way to get the consumer to purchase more of the product. Yes and no... it made a difference when i stuck to two servings everyday. Do it if you can afford too.

How is the product so sweet if it has no sugar?

Sucralose has been shown to increase insulin resistance by 20-25% I have now decided to go away from any products with artificial sweeteners.

Yes, formula and taste changed. Original Green Apple was amazing! It's now called Smash Apple and it's chalky and gross.
