Im glad I gave this a try. I’m 76 and my mind started feeling fuzzy, couldn’t think like before. I took as directed and most definitely noticed a difference after several days. It’s not a cure but I’ll continue use this product

I used this Citicoline and over time did have some noticable but modest improvement in abaility to motivate - when I thought of something I needed to do, I was somewhat more likely to get up and do it once I was loaded with this. This is JUST MY EXPERIENCE: But I experienced substantial tendon inflammation in my wrists and ankles, I experimented with dosing and feel pretty sure about this. Now after the same time unloading as initial loading (about 3-4 weeks) I feel pretty normal again. I LIKED what it did for my brain but not the side effects. YOUR MILAGE MAY VARY

Great stuff

I was using this for a few months, but the price went up, even though I was on a discounted subscription, so I switched to something else. That is when I realized how much this brand was actually helping and I am switching back to it.
