One of the best thermal cookers
Liked the fact that the item is heavy gauge Stainless Steel. Gets the work done without any hassles. The only con I could find out was the rubber washer which gets stuck to the vessel and we burned it a couple of times. Should have come with an SS washer

After three months, a hole falls in its pot and water flows out. Very poor quality.

Low quality steel for Idli Cooker
Low quality steel of idli cooker. Burned bottom in very first cooking.Rice cooker is of better quality but its too big for a small family of 4. Also beware that this rice cooker can not be put on gas or induction. Its just a steel casserole.
