I don't usually write too many reviews, but just had to write this one, taking these pills with a controlled diet and exercise you will see the weight come off, I find taking these before a run helps transfer the energy from fat into the right places to continue my run. They really do work. I'm now on my second container and will buy more, purely for the stamina boost and also the results I've seen, I've gone from 85kg down to 78kg in six months, and gone from 5k running 3 days a week to 5k and 10k runs, some will say that's practice and stamina building, but I needed that something extra to get me started, these pills have deffo helped me achieve these goals, the pills are a little on the large size but drink a pint of water when you get up in the morning with these pills and your off.

I selected these capsules to help my body as I age. Any extra help without going daft should be beneficial. Lots of essentials are reduced in production by the body as we age. I tried to assess my health and purchase appropriate supplements. If you eat a balanced, healthy diet, you can assess what you might not be getting enough of in your food. If you can get that far you could then try to identify foods that can make up the shortfall...natural is best.

I had bought these previously and found that my energy levels were amazing after taking them, I eventually ran out and didn’t think much of it. After about 3 days I realised how much of a difference they made. The only negatives are: 1. The size of the capsules are rather big. 2. There is an odour of fish. However, the benefits outweigh the negatives.

While these capsules are a large size, I find I can swallow two together quite easily with plenty of fluid. I like that they contain no unnecessary ingredients, like binders and fillers, have no allergens or GMOs. My primary reason for supplementing with these is to make up a stack that address a specific health issue not directly covered by the product description but they seem to do the trick for me. With regard to this product alone, I did notice more energy and stamina to do a 12 hour shift of physical work four days a week and an increase in muscle mass and definition with some fat loss. For a chap in his sixties who does no exercise outside of work, that's a worthwhile and welcome result. I've already bought these a few times and will continue to order while available.

Every active day, I take these prior to my training sessions. Since the dosage is significant, I only need to take one to get to 2000 mg, so I don’t have to swallow a bunch of pills. The capsules are mild and easily swallowable, so it’s not a problem to take them with water. I don’t expect a miracle weight-loss from L-carnitine, but with a good diet and consistent exercise, I feel a little more energized and lighter during my workouts. Additionally, I appreciate the simplicity of the composition. The only thing I’d mention is that opening the bottle brings a slight (but not unpleasant) odor that’s somewhat noticeable.
