Injured my shoulder, and after going to PT for several weeks, therapist added a “pulley “ exercise to my routine. Works like charm’s, easy setup, use it every day. Highly recommended.

My physical therapist recommend this. Very reasonably priced, easy to use, and great for loosening up my shoulder. It helped during recovery from rotator cuff problems and I'm still using it to three to four times a week to prpare for playing tennis.

This is a good product for stretching and loosening up your shoulders. I had a Worker’s Comp. entry and I use this a lot and it really works. Good quality to use. I highly recommend it.

My physical therapist actually got this for me. I've since replaced it due to mold in my home, no fault of the pulley. I am grateful for this as it really helps me with my exercises for frozen shoulder. Have made 'even' more progress having this pulley in my court. It's a very simple construction: I basically throw it over a closet door and close it. I do tie it to the desired length I want.

I bought this on recommendation from my physio as part of my rehabilitation for a broken shoulder. It works perfectly in different directions. The operation is smooth. The only drawback is that it’s a bit fiddly to fit over the door. Hopefully I won’t have to but I‘d purchase again in similar circumstances.

This worked well for my tight and painful shoulders. Only a few short five minute sessions and the ability to move without discomfort was remarkable. I use every day to maintain the flexibilty.
